McLaws Family: Breckenridge

So I'm really late posting about our trip to Colorado with Brennon's family, and since I'm sitting in front of the computer wasting my life away on facebook, I figured I'd do this instead and get caught up.

Memorial weekend, Brennon, Stevie and I packed our bags and headed to Breckenridge, Colorado with Brennon's parents and his brother and sisters and all of the spouses and kiddos. It was Stevie's first real vacation and first time on an airplane! He did so good, he seriously slept the whole way! I don't think he knew he was flying at all! We did so much while we were there. We hiked, fished, rode bikes, went swimming, walked down main street, river rafted and went to a little adventure park thing for the kids. Thanks Ivan and Denise for a fun trip! We had a blast!

We rented bikes one day and rode on a bike path that went between towns. I think it was around 9 miles or so, but it was all downhill! *whew* then we rode the bus back home :) that's my kind of bike riding! And Stevie had so much fun in his little trailer!

This is the Royal Gorge. It's the view from the bridge. We drove across it, then walked across too with the strollers. This was where the little amusement park was. Denise and I played with the kids here while the others went water rafting.

We hiked up to a lake a couple of times to go fishing and this house was on the way. Isn't amazing!? It just screams Colorado. I think I want one just like it ;)
