This Saturday was the Payson vs. Blue Ridge State Championship game! It was so exciting! Well, the first half was kind of disappointing, but the second half we were on our feet the whole time! It was definitely a nail biter! The coaches must have scared the crap out of them in the locker room at half time because when they came back out they kicked some Blue Ridge butt! Payson didn't score a single point in the first half, and they made a comeback to win by one point in double overtime!! 33-34 Payson! I'm so happy for them! They definitely have worked so hard for this! They were completely undefeated the ENTIRE season! Kudos to Josh Frewin for kicking the winning point! And Shane and Schaffer were AWESOME! Proud cousin right here!

St. Johns won state too, but I fear it wasnt as good of a game as double overtime, 42-17.
