Spring Break!

This whole last week was spring break for me at school and we had big plans on going to the lake and just taking it easy. Well, that didn't really happen. I worked Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and after work I drove up to the lake with Sarah and we met my parents there with their new boat!! When we got there it was already dark so we didn't do much that day. The next day we just lounged around, had some breakfast, and tried to get a tan. The only thing that was stopping us what it was sooooo windy!! Whenever we went on the boat the wind would splash the freezing cold water in our faces and it was miserable. So for the most part we just walked the dogs and played Yahtzee! Which turned out to be pretty fun. We had planned on Brennon meeting us there Friday after work, but he ended up having to work late and he worked on Saturday. So I said, what the heck, I might as well go back home since it's windy and no fun. So I headed back down to the valley Friday night and when I got home my wonderful husband took me out to dinner at the Lonestar Steakhouse. Brennon got a NY strip and it was delicious!! Then on Saturday Brennon worked for a few hours in the morning and I cleaned up the house and when he got home we decided to go out to the desert and go shoot some clay pigeons. That was pretty fun, but it was still a little windy. I have a bruise on my arm now where the gun kept kicking back at me :( Then Sunday night we went to Quinn's house with Kaycee and had a game night!! So much fun! I love game nights!! So overall, I had a pretty good spring break. It was definitely a break from school that was very much needed! Hope everyone is doing well! We love you!
