Beautiful day to be outside!!!

Yesterday was SO BEAUTIFUL!! (and so is today.) Yesterday, Brennon and I got up before the sun and headed to the Mazatzal mountains to go hiking! We found this road that took us way back in the mountains and then got on the hiking trail. We hiked about 3 miles, and my legs are a little soar... but that's ok, I need the exercise. It was so nice up there, it was cold when we got there and then warmed up to the perfect temperature! The weather was perfect, but it was soooo windy! We took Wrangler with us and he did such a good job staying close to us. He would always stay right by Brennon's side, such a good puppy! It was a really cool drive up there, we started out in the desert and the spot where we ended was full of pine trees, ponderosas, oak trees and tons of century plants! So diverse! At one spot you could see all the way to Rye! You can't really see it in the picture though, we couldn't zoom that far. Here are some pictures from our hike...

After our hike, we came back home and relaxed for a little bit and then went to the movies to see American Carol. Very funny. Cheesy, but funny! We recommend seeing it because we were laughing the whole movie! Then we met with Quinn and Anjuli to celebrate Anjuli's birthday! We played Clue! So fun, I love that game!
