Tuesday was Brennon's 22nd birthday so his mom made some sour cream enchiladas and the family got together for some food and fun! Brennon got a lot of really good gifts, very manly gifts. He got some things for his tool collection, a couple of Home Depot gift cards and some hunting stuff. He loves all of them! In fact, as we speak, he is building shelves in the laundry room with some of his new stuff! Later that night Brennon had a softball game so we went over and watched it, they lost... but it's still fun to watch! Afterwards we went to Sonic with Lance and Nichole to get some ice cream since it was so hot! We get there and the manager comes out and tells us they are out of ice cream!!!! WHAT?!? Are you joking? We couldn't believe it! So we left, shocked, and drove to Dairy Queen and scarfed down some ice cream there!
Wednesday we went fishing at Tonto Creek with Shaina, Emmy and baby Davin! Emmy had so much fun fishing with Uncle Brennon. She had her Barbie net in hand and ready to fish! He caught a fish and let her reel it in, it was so cute! She didn't want to touch it though, she was a little scared of it. Uncle Brennon kissed the fish to let her know it wasn't going to hurt her, but she was still scared! Haha, he had to kiss that slimy thing for nothing!

After we came home from fishing, Brennon and I went over to Lance and Nichole's and had a BBQ. We grilled up some burgers and corn on the cob! It was so delicious!
Then tonight I met up with the girls from Whispering Hope Ranch and had a farewell dinner. We had pizza and this really delicious cake! Then right before we left, our bosses brought us all cards and gift bags full of goodies and a really sweet card thanking us for all of our hard work! They are so nice! Also, one of the other counselors, Brittany, my partner in crime that tin-foiled the office with me, got me a baby gift! It's a really cute mobile that plays music!
Also, some exciting news.... We find out what we're having next Thursday! I can't wait! One week is soooo far away, but I guess I can try to be patient for once and wait it out! I can't wait to post on here and tell everyone the exciting news and, of course, go shopping and register for gifts!!
